CSHEP and PELUM recently participated in a youth skills day courtesy of KENAFF at the farmers’ centre in Thogoto.
This was a celebration to show the importance of youths involvement in peacebuilding and sustainable development and understanding of how institutions such as government, education, and learning institutions play a role in maintaining peace and sustainable development.
Thank you, KENAFF, for choosing us.
It was a great opportunity to discuss issues affecting youth as agents of change, youths embrassing agroeclogy and food sovereignty.
“Engaging youth in agriculture is not just about feeding the world; it’s about inspiring the next generation to see farming as a noble, profitable, and impactful profession.”
