Growing Skills, Growing Food
At CSHEP, we are proud to be working with schools to equip both teachers and pupils with practical skills in organic farming.
Recently, our school engagement program has focused on establishing kitchen gardens—a hands-on way for young learners to understand how food grows and why caring for the environment matters.
Through these gardens, children are learning not only to plant and harvest but also the values of responsibility, teamwork, and sustainability.
Teachers, too, are gaining practical skills they can integrate into their lessons, making learning fun and meaningful.
This work has been made possible through the generous support of GGF and Alliance of Bioversity CIAT, whose partnership with CSHEP is helping to shape a healthier and greener future.
Together, we are sowing seeds of change—one school, one garden, one child at a time. We are in for it
