Indigenous Seed Fair and Food Culture Harvest Festival

We are glad to be participating at the 1st Central Indigenous Seed Fair and Food Culture Harvest Festival in Nyeri County on the theme ‘Indigenous Food: Our Heritage, Wealth and Health’, held at Whispers Ground.

Exhibitors and participants present were creating awareness on the importance of preserving indigenous seeds and also knowledge sharing on the importance of saving seeds, preserving our cultural heritage and implementing agroecological practices for a transformative food system.
