Our 4 days tour with the farmers,for an exchange visit, to learn and share experiencies, to have fun and make new friends,all the way from CSHEP to DNRC Makueni, with Agroecology Initiative and PELUM Kenya has been great.
We’ve learnt a lot through the farmers experience from the previous agroecological trials. And now the farmers have become researchers. We are glad they accepted it, and they do it happily.

Again during our excursion visit, we learnt, on benefits of farmers working together as a group or co-operative. Their unity is their bargaining power.
