The World food day is an international day, celebrated every year worldwide by organizations concerned in safe food,food security, climate change,Environmental conservation among others. People are mobilized and educated on better food production, good nutrition, foods safety and security and climate mitigation.
Cshep in collaboration with Ngong organic Farmers have organised to celebrate the event with alot of activities: Indigeneous food cooking competition, exihbition of organic inputs and produce, launching of value addition ,talks on importance of consumption of dried vegetables and how to reduce on produce loss and we will also have our farmers market day hence lots of engagements.
