Today Nooya PGS Group had a successful day in learning visit to one of their PGS members at Gataka, Kajiado county. Among the lessons they learnt was on Farm tools management , Record keeping, root crop production: cassava and sweet potatoes ,Bee keeping, Water harvesting and Seed saving ,which are some of the key components for a PGS farmer. We later went for a Nature trail near the farm to unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
I am kindly requesting you to involve
the members of our organization (New Dawn Community Based Organization) as part of the beneficiaries who are getting the chances for capacity building trainings on agricultural initiatives.
We are based in Kajiado North, where we engage ourselves in beekeeping and we are also getting into black soldier fly production.
Thank you and we are hoping to receive your esteemed consideration and also hear from you.
Regards.
Peter Agoko.
